It was very painful for me and I don’t wanna see she has this problem anymore.

Millions of people across the globe have realized the importance of a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. Some people have developed physical gluten intolerance and milk allergy. It is of utmost importance that these individuals ensure that they avoid gluten and dairy products and if possible negate its usage totally in their diets. Many naturopathic doctors have come up with several substitutes for gluten and dairy products to help such patients and other health-conscious people to avoid gluten and dairy without compromising the human body requirements for perfect growth and functioning.

However, the sudden and total switch – over from gluten and dairy products might be difficult for some individuals. It requires hard – rock determination, strong dedication and the ability to resist the temptations of the taste buds. The reason why people are in favor of the switch – over from dairy and gluten products is the pathetic manufacturing standards in the America. In comparison to Europe, America lags a lot behind when it comes to the quality and reliability of dairy and wheat products. Even some of the organic products developed and marketed in the United States are not health – friendly when it comes to their daily consumption.

As a result, many people have developed an eroding gut, or, in other words, a ‘leaky gut‘. The worst problem with this syndrome is that people cannot be diagnosed with it. It is perhaps an inherent feeling or the sixth sense that lets the individual know, learn and understand that some organs or parts in their body are malfunctioning and are thus failing to deliver the ultimate output. Apart from the leaky gut, people have developed and identified other pertinent health problems such as diarrhea, painful constipation, irregular passage of stool, embarrassing gastric problems and bloating due to excessive use of gluten and dairy in their diet. Other physical problems include those of improper heart beat and pulse rate and the emergence of considerable amounts of cystic acne. Some psychological problems like brain fog and unusual mood swings have also taken over numerous individuals. Some patients even complain of insomnia and sleeping troubles.

The only way out of all these problems is to replace the dairy and gluten products in the household fridges into healthy and best quality dairy-free and gluten-free, yet nutritious substances. At home, while beginning the transition, one must make sure to consume 100% dairy-free and gluten-free food items. Research has indicated that dairy products are comparatively healthier than gluten products. So, occasionally when people might have to choose between the two, especially when on an outing with family or friends, it is highly recommended that people prefer dairy over gluten.

Seafood like fishes and prawns and other fleshy animal products like pork or gluten-free chicken provide the person the perfect nutrition in the absence of dairy products.
